Citius Fitness is an online coaching service for Runners. Whether you are a seasoned athlete trying to crush your PR in a marathon or a beginner looking to cross the finish line of your first 5km, Citius Fitness can help! We combine all aspects of training to create a custom program tailored specifically for your individual needs and goals.

Head Coach Nicole Roberts MSc BSc has over 16 years of running experience. She has competed around the world in 11 different countries, and most recently nabbed a 2nd place finish at Austin Half Marathon in Texas. This past summer a 4th place finish in the 3km steeplechase at the British Championships.

Nicole is equipped to offer training and racing advice to improve both physical and mental aspects of performance. With a degree in Sports Therapy and a Masters in Sports Administration, Nicole can lean on a vast knowledge of sports injury, injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and nutrition to get you to your goals.
